Description: Delimitazione vigente delle zone per l’addestramento e l’allenamento dei cani e per le gare cinofile (ZAC) , soggette alla disciplina dell’art. 19 della L.R. 14/94 e individuate come permanenti dal Piano Faunistico Venatorio regionale (PFVR) vigente, che prevede tre tipi : - ZAC di tipo A, a carattere temporaneo, funzionanti in base ad un calendario di prove e gare. In esse è possibile l’abbattimento di selvaggina. Possono essere costituite anche: o in ambiti protetti (in questo caso l’abbattimento è vietato e sono consentite non più di 4 manifestazioni per anno) previo parere favorevole del soggetto gestore; o in territori di interesse faunistico, purché esterni alle ZPS; - ZAC di tipo B, a carattere permanente, funzionanti tutto l’anno. In esse è vietato l’abbattimento di selvaggina, ma è consentito il ricorso alla pistola caricata a salve. Possono essere costituite anche o nelle ZRC (previo parere favorevole del soggetto gestore), ma non nelle altre tipologie di ambiti protetti; o in territori di interesse faunistico, purché esterni alle ZPS; - ZAC di tipo C, a carattere permanente o temporaneo, funzionanti tutto l’anno. In esse è possibile l’abbattimento di selvaggina. Diversamente dai due tipi precedenti, non possono essere costituite negli ambiti protetti (di qualunque tipo); nelle ZPS; nei territori di elevato interesse faunistico.
