 "description": "Rete Natura 2000 è una rete di aree destinate alla conservazione della biodiversità sul territorio dell'Unione Europea, relativa alla conservazione degli habitat naturali e seminaturali e della flora e della fauna selvatiche. I siti Natura 2000 sono individuati per caratteristiche naturali, paesaggistiche e culturali definite mediante specifici atti legislativi. La direttiva 92/43/CEE \"Habitat\", prevede la realizzazione della rete ecologica europea Natura 2000 formata da \"Zone Speciali di Conservazione\" (ZSC) e \"Zone di Protezione Speciale\" (ZPS) e si pone in continuità con la direttiva 2009/147/CE \"Uccelli\", relativa appunto alla conservazione degli uccelli selvatici. Il recepimento della direttiva \"Habitat\" è avvenuto in Italia attraverso il DPR 357/1997, modificato e integrato dal DPR 120/2003.\nLa Regione ha costituito una propria rete composta da 102 siti di cui: 95 ZSC, 5 ZPS , 1 ZSC/ZPS \"Palude di Colfiorito\" e 1 SIC/ZPS \"Monti Sibillini\" che interessano il 15,9% del territorio regionale per una superficie complessiva di circa 140.000 ettari, con parziale sovrapposizione areale di alcuni ambiti.\nLa Rete Natura è visualizzabile tramite WebGIS all'indirizzo: http://webgis.agriforeste.regione.umbria.it.
